The tulips are blooming at Pretty Petals u-pick garden!  And the daffodils are still blooming also.  We have daffodils with pale orange centers and white petals and a few with yellow centers with white petals. Soon the sweet williams , Irises, and peonies will be starting.   Check them all out!  We want to bless you with the joy of flowers! 

Just a little side note, we have a new little goat for the children to see in the pasture right near by.  His name is Turk.  If you call his name he may come to you.  But be careful of the electric fence!

Spring, April 18, 2016

We have opened our flower garden and flower shed, but unfortunately we only have daffodills blooming right now.  The tulips have buds but they have not opened as of yet.  We hope to have tulips  for Mother's Day but if the warm weather continues, I am not sure. We will have  some peonies later and after that the irises as well as possibly some other flowers.  We hope to bless you with the joy of flowers.

Early Spring 2016

This is the first posting for the 2016 season.  My tulips are coming up (no buds yet) and the daffodils are also up.  Hopefully the weather does not warm up too fast because then the flowers will come sooner and may not be right for Mother's Day.  We will have to wait and see what kind of weather God sends us.  Watch this post for the availability of flowers because we want to bless you with the joy of fowers!

Final Garden Posting for this Fall, October 24, 2015

This is the final posting for Pretty Petals U-Pick flowers for this fall.  We are sorry, but all of the flowers have been mowed down now and we are ready to work up the garden for next year so that we can bless you again with the joy of flowers!  Check this blog site next spring to see what we have available.  We hope to have tulips and daffodils as well as some other flowers.  So check us out!

Fall Update- October 19, 2015

We had frost this weekend and the garden is basically finished.  God blessed us with wonderfual weather and flowers again this year!   If you really wanted a bouquet for something or someone, you should still be able to find some nice flowers since they did not all freeze.  We are in the process of taking the garden apart now.  We have to remove the strings that were tying the plants up and then pull the  poles out.  After that we mow all the flowers down and work up the rows for next year if it is not too wet.  We are hoping to see you again next year so that we can bless you with the joy of flowers.

Fall update-October 13, 2015

The flowers are fading fast at Pretty Petals U-Pick Flowers.  And this weekend they are forecasting frost.  Then the flowers will be finished for sure.  If you still want a bouquet, you should still be able to find some nice flowers, so check them out if you are interested.  We would still like to bless you with the joy of flowers.

Pretty Petals Update for October 2015

It is almost October and you are probably thinking that there are no longer any nice flowers.  But you are wrong!  Even though some flowers are starting to fade we still have lots of lovely flowers for your enjoyment. So if you still need flowers for something or someone, the time is getting shorter before we will have a frost and then they will be done.   So get them while you can!  We want to bless you with the joy of flowers!
