The tulips are starting to bloom!

Yes, the tulips are starting to bloom and today is supposed to be a warm and beautful day so it would be a good time to come and pick some.  The daffodils are still blooming also and we want to bless you with the joy of flowers.

SPRING 2017

I am sorry that I did not do an earlier posting but I broke some bones in my foot and did not have a chance.  I also wanted to be able to tell you that some flowers were blooming and some are finally blooming.  Our Daffodils started blooming yesterday but since it was Sunday, I did not do a posting because we are not open on Sunday.   Our Tulips are not blooming yet and I am hoping that at least some of them will wait until Mother's Day  which is still four weeks away.  Most of them do not have buds yet , so I am hopeful.  Please check this blog site for updates on the tulips.

Update for U-pick flower garden

Even though we have not had frost yet, we will be closing our flower garden at the end of this week.  It is almost November and we have a lot of work to do yet in our flower garden and we would like to do it before it gets bitterly cold.  Sorry about that.  Check this blog again next spring for UP-DATES.  WE WANT TO BLESS YOU WITH THE JOY OF FLOWERS.

No Frost

We did not have frost at the Pretty Petals U-Pick Garden  last night so you will have a few more days to pick flowers.  We want to bless you with the joy of flowers!

Fall Update for October 10, 2016

There are still beautiful flowers in our U-Pick garden.  We did not get frost last night but it is getting closer, so if you still want flowers, now is the time to get them. This week is supposed to be quite nice weatherwise with showers possibly Wednesday.   We want to bless you with the joy of flowers!

Flower Update

Even though it rained almost all of last week and was cold, today looks to be a lovely day in the flower garden.  It looks like the sun will be shining , at least for a while and there are still lots of lovely flowers to be picked. There will be some flowers to pick  until it freezes.  AANNDD it is forecasted to be warmer today!  There is rain forecasted for later today and frequent showers and cooler  this weekend.  So get your flowers while it is not raining   because we  want to bless you with the joy of flowers .

Early Fall - September 8, 2016

There are still a lot of beautiful flowers at Pretty Petals U-Pick Flowers for  you to pick.  In fact , some of the flowers, such as the asters, are just coming into bloom.  And the zinnias will just keep blooming until frost, as will most of our flowers.   So when you are driving around this fall looking at all of the beautiful trees, stop by and pick yourself a bouquet, because we want to bless you with the joy of flowers!
